this is the worst bug, and it concerns all players who just started playing.
Everytime you level up, the level locked features remain black. You are level 9 and you can Find a copper mine. You hover over it and it will say: Required Level: 9
Everytime you level up you need to refresh so that your level is registered in the data.
It sucks..
Not all new players fortunately, but looks like you are one of the unfortunate ones. It might be "solved" for you in a couple of hours, or after being logged out for at least 15 minutes, it might be browser / connection related. Very difficult to say with these kind of issues. oh how I envy you... thinking that is the biggest bug ever, wait until you get more into the game.
