Buy Building Licenses with Guild Coins

Suggest that there is 10 building licenses in the guild market.
Jolly Geo is 4000gc or 300 gems.
10 licenses should be around 9000gc?
Give us a chance to buy something decent after all the crossbows and granite etc. shelled out in quests ;D

I think it's also a bit of a cheat, really, where you can't use star coins until Lvl 50. I realise that they were probably implemented to extend those players' experience, but it can be an exhaustive process for people not in a guild.

Perhaps if star coins could be used by individuals; given they are rewarded instead of XP at Lvl 50 during Adventures, it would give those not in guilds a similar benefit to those that are. To make them on par with premium currency, however, you could price items at 10% more star coins than the gem-cost.
