Does anyone know why I can't load the game past the title screen?

Browser issue? I am on same server and loads straight away so can only be a problem at your end.

    Hi BoulderRun
Try clearing your cache in your browser settings - usually fixes most things. If that doesn't help, try a different browser to see if that rectifies it

Personally I find chrome runs settlers the best. I use to use firefox but lagged a lot.

Whereas Chrome won't even load for me now, just white-screens. Think it's something inconsistent with Chrome's "built in" flash support. Inconvenient when trying to rush several servers to get explorers out b4 maintenance hits, but at least I have an excuse to avoid the spyware.
    We love our new CM.

Chrome should be fine with TSO, but if it's not, check the following:

    1) Clear your cache
    • Click the '3 bar' icon in the top-right (below the X to close the window) for the menu, and choose "Settings"
    • Go to the bottom of the settings page and click 'Show Advanced Settings'
    • In the 'Privacy' section, click the 'Clear Browsing Data' button
    • Ensure at least "Empty the Cache" is ticked (I also tick 'Browsing History' and 'Download History'), and click the "Clear Browsing Data" button
    • Wait for the spinning circle to finish - this can take a few minutes.
    2) Clear your Flash Cache
    • The Flash Settings Manager is hosted here on Adobe's own website. Open the link.
    • Click the 'Delete all sites' button
    3) Check your Flash Plugin isn't clashing with itself
    • Open the built-in browser page, chrome://plugins/
    • Find 'Adobe Flash Player' in the list
    • There should be just 2 entries, one of type PPAPI, and one of type NPAPI.
    • If you have more than the two entries, then disable all but the latest version of each type.

After checking the above three, restart your browser (close it fully, wait 30 secs, re-open it), and try opening the game again.
