New Shop Offers - turn it off ??

Is there any way to turn off this very ANNOYING "welcome" screen ??
Probably not, so maby BB will turn it off permanently ??

I'm wondering why they feel the need to advertise items in this manner outside of events. After all BB do have a monopoly of what you can buy in the shop.

Popups just annoy people, and this game has too many already. I wonder why they would add more?

they need to advertise because I suspect people aren't buying gems as much... F2P games are dependent exclusively on sales, they're not interested in the amount of people actually playing their game.

Its very annoying I thought it was just for Christmas but seems it is here to stay. Maybe if they made some decent new addons and not granite pits or exotic wood schools people would spend more gems...

In a short while it will just become a routine thing to close the pop-up offer window. Extra bother for the players, no benefit for BB. I suggest adding at least some function for the pop-up to justify it's existence. Example:

Have select items sold at 50% discount, sort of like an inverted happy hour. This could be one day of a week, one week of a month or similar. People would at least have a reason to check the items in case there's something they've been wanting to buy on sale. Also, the pop-up would only show up DURING this discount period. We get silos in-game from Halloween on October, so if u place them on 50% discount on February, many who wouldn't care to pay 750 gems for them may reconsider paying 375 instead of waiting for 8 months...

theres nothing new in these items offered so at the very least the title needs to change.
naming it discount offers and changing the content accordingly is a great idea widely used in similar games.

I have to admit it is annoying. It was ok for a couple of weeks when they were first added to the shop, but now it is just annoying to keep closing it each morning.
