That still does not change the fact it appears and annoys.
I knowbut at least you just don't need to waste your time to close it after you login
It's not as annoying as the auto-open Quest Book that seems to open at will but it is tedious in its own right and while it might have been used to highlight interesting, changing offers BB apparently just found it tedious too and didn't really bother much with it:
I'd be perfectly happy not to have to click it away every day. +1 on "bin it".
I think it should be removed, as it no longer serves any purpose, other than to be annoying. Time for it to go.

The game should have no "modal" windows at all. What really makes it a user interface crime is that you often have to dismiss each window twice.
