When someone is whispering me I get sound notification, which is good. While chatting there's no sound, which is also fine. But if I move to some other tab in browser, or to some other application then I don't get sound notifications. I would really like to be notified about new whispers when I'm not chatting. I would like to be notified even when cursor is not in chat box, even though the chat is active.
Current workaround is to select some other channel. But that's really annoying thing to remember and do every time.
I buffed a friend, but last two buffs were not successful. Friend tried to reach me via chat, but couldn't because I just moved to another browser tab. Such hiccups disturb our inner peace.
Also please consider introducing special word like *bell* or !ping! that would always give a sound alert to the other person. I think this would be easy to make.
