Before I start, I would like to say I have no idea where i should have posted this, it could be posted under game suggestions, bugs(if it is a bug), or general. So decided to post here until someone tells me otherwise.
To the problem..... Our last GQ was the veiled wilds - subquest the sure footed escort- requirement: own 100 cavalry. This quest was given to a level 20 guild member who was not able to build cavalry because of level restrictions.
As a result i decided i should let the technical team know of an issue using the reporting system in place by sending a ticket, just to let them know and to find out what they can do to stop it happening again.
Hi Support Team,A pretty simple message. I was expecting a simple reply too, something along the lines of - "We are/are not aware of this issue and are working to remove this quest for people unable to complete due to level restrictions on requirements needed. Thank you for your feedback."
Our current quest for the Guild (The Persuaders) is "The veiled wilds" we
have a level 20 been given the subquest "surefooted escort" this requires
member (NiCat87) to own 100 cavalry, but is unable to make them in barracks
due to level restriction.

EDIT: (Apologies for breaking rule) Solutions were politely and informatively offered that the guildmember not partake in this particular GQ, and wait for someone else to finish to meet the quota required, or have the guild leader reset the GQ
This was a nice reply, and offers a player/guild solution to the problem. Unfortunately, we are already aware of player/guild solutions and were looking for a solution from BB to remove the problem from occurring in the first place. At no point was i expecting immediate resolutions and instant server closure to rectify the problem, but at least an acknowledgement that there is a flaw with the particular guild quest.
This is now the second time i have sent a valid ticket for what i feel is a technical/game issue and that the issue has been completely overlooked in the response. I'm sure I am not the only player who feels they have been ignored when reporting issues, yet we are actively encouraged to do so.
Anyway, I feel better now that I have that off my chest, and hopefully others will feel a bit better too knowing that they aren't alone. Stupid to get so worked up, but was more irritated by the response than the actual issue.
