Guild recruitment can only be done in this section of the forum, so not in game chat, via in-game mail nor in other forum sections.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rules in In-game Rules, Code of conduct (chat and forum) still apply to this section of the forum.
- First post must contain your exact guild name and tag
Example: Guildname [Guildtag]
- Only 1 recruitment thread per guild
If for some reason you want to start a new recruitment thread, delete the old one first, then create a new one. Don't use the Looking For Guild thread to recruit members for your guild
- Foreign language allowed (translation is mandatory)
This is an exception on the normal rules, and it only applies to the guild recruitment threads. It is a bannable offence to provide a translation that doesn't match. Append the language used to the thread title.
- Only post informative messages
In other words, do not post "bump" messages. Instead offer more information about your guild (e.g. if the amount of free slots for members has changed)
- Do not post in other guild threads to deter users from joining
This will be viewed as flaming and can result in a ban
- Your guild is allowed to post once per day in order to let new players know that you are still recruiting.
Please don't use this to post more than once per day and move your thread up.
If possible, please post to let new players know if your guild stops recruiting.
