It would be nice if we could set buildings to not run unbuffed so they automatically go to sleep after the buff wears off. That way you can do buffs in the evening and not have the buildings run for hours through the night unbuffed.
This wouldn't make the longer buffs less useful because they'll still allow the buildings to continue producing for longer without attention
