I was looking forward to the outbox feature, but it is an absolute disaster.

Guild Mail, I don't wanna talk about it.

Understandable, that's more like spam than a useful feature. I have not sent out a guild mail since we got the outbox (or trashcan, like Orca45 put it). And it's not really necessary to get even a single copy in the outbox, since you also get a copy in the inbox!


This is how my outbox looked like when I first got it. And I don't want any of this in my outbox. As far as I am concerned, this is a bug.




All the buffs, guild events, gifts, frienship requests and all other happenings that are NOT mails, are much more suited to be in the new "News Window" Dantesama mentioned in the Dev Diary 20/11/2012. It was listed under "Further Outlook 2013". I am still hoping we will get it (though hope is starting to fade).

Since the new mail interface was launched, it hasn't been possible to sort the mails by who sent it, or by subject.

Edit: This was originally posted in the bugs thread, but moved without notice. It didn't even occur to me that this could not be a bug. My disappointment with the new mail system is still growing, believe it or not.
