    Sending more tickets on a subject will not get it fixed sooner. In this case, support are waiting for information themselves and will get back to the player when they have any updates. It's unfortunate this is taking so long, but some bugs do take longer than others to get fixed.

    As a general rule, sending more tickets to support on the same issue will actually delay the reply you receive as support have to search for all tickets on the same issue, read them, mark them etc. If all information is in one ticket (under one ticket number), all the person answering has to do is answer, so your reply should be there sooner. You can add additional information to the ticket by replying to the original message received from support (the one letting you know your ticket has been received).

    Probably never, they are incapable of doing even minor fixes to this game it seems. Just add stuff that makes you clickfest more and more. Support have their hands tied because they can't actually do anything, just "pass on to the correct department"
