Strange case of missing troops

Then someone would already have got a positive response about it, don't you think? I've seen none yet..

I did not say BB use that information for good. I know as well as many other players BB know full well what is going on most of the time but choose to one ignore it or two try and cover it up in denial. If they admit a problem they have to deal with everyone who had the problem.

Lets take the premium buff example after months of fighting support for a resolution they finally refunded everything I was missing but told others they wouldn't. Quite annoying really as it is not good customer service.

If they are at fault they should fix it for everyone without making you jump through hoops first.

It's not like they get a system message about someone had lost some troops in a strange way..

While I think it's great that you guys take the time to discuss and report bugs on the forum (as it helps me be aware of everything that is happening, insert any new bugs as soon as they happen and poke/annoy the right people about them ), please make sure you also contact support on these issues.

The only suggestion so far there (via Google Trans) is to be sure to double check assigned/unassigned totals before sending a ticket, stranger things have happened and Support will likely say the same anyway, but this is coming up often enough and all at once it seems clear it's not just the odd miscount.

Im actually running some tests to try and recreate the error. Once I can do that, I can send it to support for further investigation. Ill update further if I find something
