Can't log on Test Server

Hi

I've been trying to log on to test server for several days and i receive a message telling me to refresh page cause a general error has occurred....
well, this is happening for a few weaks now, and i can't find a reason why....
Please need some help.

do you use Firefox? if so try another browser, as FF does not work on test atm.
