move camera task stuck

I have 2 tasks stuck in quest log.
Move camera with arrow keys (4 tasks) 2 completed, 2 tasks for left and up can't be completed, even though I already moved around the map as mutch as possible!

Try the "mouse point"-option.. Click to expand the "options menu" (below your avatar) and then "Toggle camera controls"..

also try using the directional keys through your numpad

The quest didn't mean using the keyboard arrow keys, there's 4 arrows in the camera window which you can click with the mouse.
