Army disappeared

i finished the adventure ''dark priests'' and send my army back home.
BUT the 3 generals came back with only 100 units(soldiers).. the other units(50 crossbowmans,120+ longbows,100+ cavalry,80+ militia they simply disappearead.
also i have a big loss of settlers at the mayor's house, it seems like i have lost the units in a battle but this didn't happened because crossbows and longbows didn't even fight any camps at the adventure. so how can they disappear??
anyone else had the same problem?

If your troops were not assigned to a general then they take 1 hour 40 mins to return from an adventure. Look in your star menu, they will be there.
