i think this is a good idea..

i'd suggest something a little different, like making the challenge harder, so that it really did require a significant amount of a guild to complete a map/adv give large rewards, but have rankings based on who kills the most units in guild adventures, who clears the most adventures etc etc.. would invigorate the top end of the game somewhat for sure, and slowly bring in the competitive edge this game is lacking

Have a map whereby each Guild Member can only bring 1 general. The very concept of "cooperative blocking" would be hilarious to coordinate.
