Dev's diary: Collectible items re-work, new collectibles, new buffs
Dear Settlers,
This developer's diary entry is related to a second part of Collectible Items feature. The version update (currently planned for 27.03.2014) will enrich the game with new collectible items, new buffs and interface improvements.
Interface & notification re-work
The collectibles interface in the Mayor's house will be optimized.
With the new interface it will be possible to see the costs and details of every collection even while production is running.
Whenever the production of a collection was finished,
a new
icon indicates that the finished buff can be collected from the Mayor's house.
Friends are able to
flag existing collectibles on your island while visiting you.
Reveal all remaining Collectible Items on the island
To make the search for Collectible Items easier, 2 new buffs will be added to the game.
Name: Fairy Fire
Effect: Highlights all remaining Collectible Items present on your home island (highlight lasts 5 minutes)
Important: Before using, make sure that you still have some Collectible Items present on the island
Name: Fairy Light
Effect: Highlights all remaining Collectible Items present on an adventure map (highlight lasts 5 minutes)

Changes to existing collections / buffs
Country Saying
Now adds 400 wheat to a wheatfield.
The production cost has been adjusted accordingly.
Harvest Ritual
Can now be used on Silos as well.

Some of the other collection requirements have also been slightly tweaked to improve balancing.

Name: Hunting Contest
Level: 22
Effect: Boosts the production of a Butcher workyard up to 500% for 6 hours.
Name: Miracle Bait
Level: 22
Effect: Boosts the production of a Fisherman workyard up to 500% for 6 hours.
Name: The Golden Ribbon
Level: 24
Effect: Boosts the production of an Iron mine or Iron smelter up to 300% for 12 hours.
Name: Master's Toolkit
Level: 48
Effect: Boosts the production of an Epic workyard up to 200% for 6 hours.
