Master buffer

I wish you will introduce a possiblity to buff your sell and get the same bonus you get when a friend or a guildmember buff you. My suggestion is a "master buffer" that is available in the shop for gems.

I like the idea of an NPC buffer where you can direct him to the buildings you want buffed, but I don't think you should get the same +50% bonus as when friends buff you - that would defeat the purpose of interacting with other people, or at least be detrimental to the social aspect of the game.
