game will not start

I cannot enter the game, and haven´t for the last couple of hours.

Tried both ipad and IE. Cceaned cache and temp files, still not working.

our whole guild cant login. so it its not a problem with cache or other things.

While im trying to login it says "Login queue: 100 of 150 RT: 1h 30min" but instead of going down it goes up. I havent had such problems before.
