Seems similar to Xmas event, some adv give eggs in loot

Found this from the German servers - seems like most adv has a chance of egg drop in loot

Yeah , I have hunted high and low for the list of adv that gives eggs this year, no where to be found, well I can confirm Motherly Love also gives eggs
Got 5 from Garrun the Trapper which is supposed to give none, so maybe there is a tiny chance in every adventure.
0 from Nords
6 from Traitors
20 from Lost Skull and 12 from Dark Priest
5 from Garrun, 0 from Nords (but the ls buyer got 18), 12 from Dark Priest lootspot (40 for the one who did the adventure).
1 player adv 0-6-20,
2 player adv 0-12-40
3 player adv 0-18-60
no eggs on coop?
And does premium give you additional eggs?
