Game Toolbar

Hello Settlers...i have a question about something that happened to my browser game...I successfully logged in the game and i had minimize the toolbar....but now i cant raise it again....I searched the help guide about shortcut buttons....It says that with button F11 the game runs in fullscreen...I press F11 but nothing happens.I use Google Chrome as browser...Is there a button that raises the game's toolbar again?Thank you.
