When a friend clicks on a collectible to highlight it on your island, it sometimes puts a nearby building "to sleep".
A 24 hour buff starts on it where the building has no production.
Very weird... and very annoying

I just refreshed to see if it would clear the buff/bug
The buff is now set to last for 1 day 2 hours!

One of the bandit camps in S9 is showing to have received a buff. Even after refreshing the buff remains. Is this normal??

It might be related to this bug report http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/t...lectible-hunts
Apparently this can happen if your friend marks a collectible in front of a building.
A guildie of mine buffed my bookbinder, but now it shows 0 days, 0 hours, and 0 minutes on it's current production (manuscript) and has been like this for at least 4 hours now. I have cleared my cache, rebooted and reloaded, and no success.
How can a friend buff your bookbinder?
it is most likely a friend clicked on a collectible next to or in front of the bookbinder; since easter event this causes unbuffable buildings to look as though they are buffed. I have had a noble buffed in this way. Though this doesnt explain why his bookbinder has become static...

This has just happened to me after I had found the collectible. I wonder if it caused when the friend tries to flag a collectible already picked up? Luckily, as it was a copper mine it's easily fixed for me. Just gonna delete and rebuild.
yeh i found this, i didn't know it was to do with collectables. Have sent a ticket so Deves will fix it.
