The guild quests are reset mostly ones in the two weeks.
Why is this problem still not fixed?
BB must gives this issue the highest priority to fix-it.

Same here.
I think, if they changed the waiting mechanism to just be a "sneak peak" and then (when it's time to be active) just give that quest to active players, there would be pretty much no need for some guilds to cancel their GQ because of inactive members having quest - as it is now, inactive players get their wating GQ activated like everyone else.
