Have never done a cooperative venture. Can anyone suggest a guide for this adventure?

Dark Priest is not a co-op adventure but look at the guide page. I posted a variant today with 110R 13S max loss. Requires cannons, MMA and VET though.

it shows a couple of guides search for Dark priest there

and dark priest isnt a Co-op adv

Maybe you'd also like to check this version for playing The Dark Priests adventure, which is focused to the Achievements' requirements.
If you follow it as is & complete the adventure within 2 hours, you get the 100% on the Achievement Tab for it!
