problems loading the game

We have had some reports that the issue might now be sorted. Can anyone please confirm this or let me know if you are still having issues?

apw2, did you try clearing cache and cookies and following the advice on our forum to solve the issue? If you are still having issues after following that advice, please let me know.

Also, I know some of you have already done this, but please also send in a ticket to support describing the exact problem
