Troops being unassigned

I have an issue with assigning troops to a General. I assign them and all seems okay, then a minute or two later i get pop up message "your trained units are ready for duty".....when i check the troops i had just assigned have been unassigned!!
i have logged out and in and reset too but it still happens.
i have tried all my generals and it happens with them all.
i have assigned them moved the general (quickly!!) and they get unassigned while he is transferring!
have even tried sending him to an adventure but it still happens!

in the middle of an adventure so need my General and Troops

please help ;-)

I think with "reset" you mean you cleared your cookies and cache. (if not try that first)
Did you try another browser?

If that doesn't matter, you can try to log out and wait 30 minutes (this makes sure you island is unloaded server side as well) and then log in again to see if that fixes the problem.

If none of the above, I wouldn't know what else to suggest. In that case please contact Support using the contact form on this page

Forgive me if Im wrong, but I think the "your trained units are ready for duty" is a message from your barracks telling you that certain troops you have had stacked in there have now been made and is nothing to do with any assigning of troops to a general..

EDIT: and i see your start date so Im totally on the wrong track here, I apologise
