help! constantly throws down the server why?

Some more information would be nice?

Like:
Time/date of the error (don't forget timezone)
error messages, browser, browser version, flash version, os ?
Server (ok that is Sandycove I see )
did you reboot your system ?
Did you clear browser cache and delete cookies?
Do you have screenshots?

If you need help please remember "Help, it doesn't work", is probably not enough information for anyone to go on
and look for something that might be wrong

what you could do is, try the above, if you still have the problem:
update flash to latest version, if it is not the latest that is..
Try different browser, or they different system.
And please report back with your findings

the browser Mozilla Firefox 29.1
Crome alternative than the same is the case
net cable
RESTART tested
proper cleaning done
Upgraded Flash player
it throws off the server 4-5 times a day what is the problem then?
