Seems to me though that ALL the follow-up adventures went from something like 20% chance to 1-3% chance when the loots were changed.
A question is why does BB want them to be so rare?

To make them more precious? To make the 'play two follow-up adventures' something to be proud and excited about? Because some things shouldn't be easy or else they don't have as much value and things get boring?
