After finishing the Surprise Attack adventure without using any Militia, the achievement didn't complete, also double checked the achievement to be sure of the allowed troops.

Did you use the MMA general?
This gen is bugging the achievements and will not allow it to be completed as it counts as all troop types. Try doing without the mma to complete.
