This makes a lot of sense. Everyones island is the same, clearly there are some technical difficulties and challenges with implementing ways to make more space for people that are desperate for it but not everyone.
Part of the game is managing the available space and for many people population buildings take up a lot of space and if you could get that a bit more efficient that would be a nice solution to the apparent lack of space problem.
Yep, agreed!
20k gc, 20k granite and 20k exo plank to gain 20 more population? are you high?
Why I do see where you are coming from and yes it is a good suggestion lets be realistic about the upgrade costs.

I think Dappadon's prices are reasonable, after all if your at the stage of the game where you need these upgrades you must also have the storage to have such levels of resources. Pricing to cheaply will result in a quick rush of upgrades leaving you back in the no space situation position in pretty short order.
The only thing I would add is how long. 10 or 12 days sounds about right to me.
If done right it would give you another 12 months or more of game-play to achieve your uber dream island, before you got bored again.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's

the market will be flooded with frozen manors again soon really not necessary, they seem part of almost every event now so you can get your population up to a level way higher than you'll ever need at a significantly lower price than your suggesting.

great idea dappadon, aspecially for those people sitting on hundreds of thousands of granite, gc and other stuff, this would finally help to get rid of some of these resource mountains.
And you are right that even frozen manors take up space, so blue savanah's remarks on there being enough frozen manors is flawd in the bigger no space picture.
