Daily Quests/ Waiting Quests

Hi

When I complete a daily or waiting quest the green tick button doesn't appear to allow me to claim rewards. I may have the sufficient resources that the quest requires and the green bars beneath the resource in the quest are full but the button does not appear or I may buy the required resource but the green bar does not fill up and the green tick button does not appear, even though I have fulfilled the requirements.
Any thoughts on what to do?

You can't complete waiting quests. They are waiting for a current quest to completed before they become they become active.
