Well, even with the support ticket I logged, I still have to get the issue sorted. More footballs will be nice to earn and being stuck on the first football match for this long does not help the cause at all.

Support are going to get back to you with an answer, although it might take a bit longer than usual due to the fact that they are getting a lot of tickets right now.
I understand that there are a lot of people with issues which could delay the resolution time. But due to these issues, there are a lot of players, like myself, that have already lost 5 days into the event with the chance of losing a few more due to support's slow response. What can be done to rectify that?
The quickest solution at this time is to reissue those with a problem a new adventure, or even make it available on the market for virtually nothing - 1 fish or 1 water. At least that allows us to continue with the event while the issues are investigated. Surely customer service and happy users is what's most important here since they are Ubisoft's bread and butter.

same over here the practice match won't end its 4days now and no reply from support ( i have tried refresh,in&out, klick on daily door, etc etc...nothing helps
i am guessing we will have to w8 until Thursday's maintenance...snails are faster ..not to mention turtles who are like flash Gordon
