Footballs cost a building licence

I had 4 building licences spare, found 5 footballs on my island and now I have 9 licences.

If you remain logged in and you get another collectible quest, any footballs you find in that one continue to be added to the license total. I would strongly advise against taking advantage because either you'll find you have to buy more licenses anyway and/or BB will probably make sure they check this thoroughly because this is part of their income stream.

So long as I end up with my original 14 licenses I had before this occurred Ill be happy. I have no room left on island to use these 14 atm let alone another 5 lol

and now a few hours later, with no available collectibles to interfere, not rebuilt any mines or other buidlings, they have gone back to my original 14. All Ive been doing is adventures and trades. (and also didnt refresh or log out during that time)

I lost building licenses too.
I noticed it when I could not rebuild my gold mines.

Me too. No more building licenses. Anyone of you send a ticket to support team?

My collectables re spawned and my licences dropped by 1, had no footballs amongst my collectables yet licences returned to normal once I had found all collectables. I did have a corner however. Until now despite footballs being found on my island my licencee count has been well behaved.

I verified a problem regarding available buildings. After using all slots available, some time later i got a negative counter on buildings slots. Please verify.

Someone said you get extra licences, wich is true, but it can also be exploited before you refresh or visit adventure, get it fixed!
tested by building 7 extra pinewood cutters, after refreshing, licence count went down to -7, afterwards i deleted those said buildings ofc.

Ahh.. this'll probably be why I had -2 licenses for a little while yesterday then. Sent ticket to support, but no reply as yet, beyond the automated 'we'll get back to as soon as possible' message.
