    Clicking madness ...

When this game stops beeing contest for clickers and waste of time ??

Right now I log in once a day - only to send geologist to find marble and use fish and bread to make buffs and to fill the deposits - and of course to get 100 gems every 7 days

Why can't we select - somehow - many buildings at a time - by type for example - and just buff them all together ??
Or at least can the lag between clicks can be removed ??
I really don't have 30-40 mins to click every building to buff it and make 20-30 baskets

This game started to be BORING ... long time ago

Yup, same for the making troops malarkey, and making buffs and sending buffs. There is a lot that could be done to improve the game on that front.

But why it can't be done ?? I doubt that there is only one person who work on this game ??

That the stacks of 25 troops and buffs haven't been changed to a larger number probably means that this is very much hard coded and not an easy change. Quite possibly this will never change. I really hope who ever designed this as the stack cap has been shown the door long since, as it is pretty obvious that this would only serve as an annoyance to players.

As somebody pointed out this some time ago in some other thread - what would be the problem to add another slider to controll number of stacks ??
Changes would be minimal and the original subroutine don't need to be altered.

As someone who has been interested in coding since the age of eight and having done it professionally for over a decade I can tell you that changing a "hard coded" value of 25 is as simple as changing the 25 to something else, you use a reference and you don't just write 25 in to everything that needs to know the value is 25.

Hard coding something when you are the one with access to the code and the build tools just means you aren't exposing that variable to the end user, it doesn't mean it literally cannot be changed.

    Trust me - I know )))
I'm also software developer and I know that it SHOULD be very simple to fix/change ... but it looks like people working on TSO don't know that ...

Lazy devs just want to add pay 2 win content to grab your money XD We'll probably get a rarity barracks which will cost thousands of event resources which are only available my gems or arduous trading then you'll be able to do 125r/b at a time and it will take 5 times as long per troop as it does in the normal PH. It will suck. I will quit

    Ahhh, a fellow madman.

I don't really understand the kind of "it's super-hard" feeling that users get with game development and coding in general really.

Quite often with a lot of bugs/requests, as is the case with the stack size limit, I am sat here thinking "Just make a coffee, tweak it, built it, test it and before you've finished your brew it'll be done" Of course it's very easy to sit there and say that without checking out the repository and seeing how much of a nest of vipers it is but - honestly - I can't see how changing that stack size is more than an hour of a job if I walked in there and did it myself... The stack size tracks downwards from 25 so it should, logically, be possible to set the maximum stack size below 25 and if that's the case increasing the stack size up should also be a simple task.

As you say, rocket science it aint.
