Unable to open doors in event window

is it the yellow door? you need to pick a prize from the righthand side before clicking the door again to open it.

Thanks Brayarg - just done that and it works weird that I could open boxes 20, 21 and 22 on all the other days assumed box 18 and 19 were bugged as didn't think you could move on to next box until previous box opened
so all good now - thanks for that - did send ticket to support 4 days ago still not back to me so thankful that we have this forum for help

Hello, Unable to open doors in event window
I was unable to open door 25 - nothing happens. Door 18 was unable too... I pick a prize, i seek the star menu, but nothing happens.

you need to click the door, then choose the prize, THEN CLICK THE DOOR AGAIN. You will get a graphic of the prize on the door, and then it will be in your star.

yes, i was click the the door again and agai and again... but nothing happens...

you also need all previous doors open, to open the yellow doors

I got caught out with door 25 too.
All previous doors had been opened.
Now I am going to have to use gems to open it.
After maintenance I think I will pick future prize on all yellow doors in advance so I might not get caught out again.
