I like the idea of having a harbour, whatever it does.
I am definitely in favour of anything that reduces general travelling times, even with the vets and mma and bhg's reduced traveling times, it adds a long and boring element to the game and it would be good to increase game play and reduce long drawn out boredom that you get when waiting for gens to travel to and fro with troops.
    Nice idea matie.

Nice Idea, common BBs make use of the sea, and
add another coffee machine to your developers, we need it ASAP
May be having small islands would be nice, each island can produce 1 rare resource like granite, beans, grout, and science (manuscript, tomes and codex, because with 20 explorer and 15 geo i need a decade to upgrade them)
these islands can have self defense system, a random amount of pirates can be generated from time to time to take over the island so each player needs to keep sending army to secure the island.

    Great thanks for Matie's idea

I like the idea of a harbour Matie. You could build different sorts of ships - one for explorers that brought back resources, buffs or event items and one for troop transport. I would have the level lower than 50 (maybe 35 or 40) but with higher levels could bring different ships or upgrades to speed things up. Good one tho - I like it!

I would love to get off the home island and explore other places, it would be so exciting, give more gameplay. Everyone has come up with some fantastic ideas, i hope BB are as interested as the rest of us.

I would like to have this next year, 2015.
    Why?
Because it has then been 20 years since Settler 2, and S2 had the harbour and ship yard already back then.
