I cannot get past the blue screen either - tried rebooting/resetting everything, deleting cache, installing another browser, etc. No go. This is a windows 8.1 PC - I tested out on another PC running XP and can get in on that one but that's not my PC so I can't play on that.
<edit> after numerous tries it's now showing the loading bar *crosses fingers* </edit>

i have windows 8.1 pc to, last night no problems now i have problem to get in.
I logged in, clicked Play. The usual blue screen appears but nothing more happens. Yeah, having the same problem here. Clearing cache doesn't help and I have the latest Flash.
Sigh - and the same for me.
Good morning all, seems i have the same problem -crys- cleared cache etc got into forums no problem but game itself wont load. Im sure Tech team will be able to sort it out asap, but would be nice to have someone say "whoops sorry we are on searching for problem now". Ive got lots of faith in the teamgo go guys (cheer leader chant).

Same blue screen but only on Explorer. Firefox seems to be working
I've just installed Firefox on the off-chance that would work and it doesn't. I notice that even loading the homepage it doesn't refresh properly: gets stuck on "Transferring data from Static14.cdn.ubi.com" - and that persists after pressing the "Play Now" button, so that may be where the problem lies *hopes a technician reads this if so*
I just tried the Firefox thing, and have the same problem
My other half is in the same room as me. I'm on the laptop, he's on the pc. He's got in on both Exp & Firefox. I can only do Firefox. No rhyme or reason to it
Currently using Windows 7 and latest FF and Flash and only get the blue screen when hitting play. As Vvidi above, my home page isn't fully loading either, even though I can hit the 'Play' button, and is also waiting at the point of "Transferring data from Static14.cdn.ubi.com".
