i grouped industry, that was 1'st priority, second was pop
but if they let us upgrade pop buildings from adventures and MR -i'll probably get to 30-40k pop ...which is ok, i'll have enough for all arrmy types
i only have i Black Castle becouse in not a good building, it shoud give 1k pop )
