Can't load my map

Hi there
In the last 2 days I have the same problem. Tried all of the suggestion but nothing worked for me up to now. Although i play on firefox, i clean cash/temp and on ie and chrome that i have on my pc but still nothing

I log on and then the game try to load and all i got is a white page..

There are a few other things that it may be worth trying when losing connection in this game. I suspect that BB still have a lot of work to do with fixing connectivity problems, so until they do one of these may work on Windows PCs (apologies for language):

1) Run the command 'ipconfig /renew', e.g. <windows key>R; type cmd; then in the DOS window type ipconfig /renew; then try to launch the game.
2) Unplug your router for at least ten seconds and try again. Reboot your PC and try yet again if it still doesn't work.
3) If you are using a wireless connection move your PC close to the router when you try to connect.

I'm sure there are other possible fixes.

Well, for me now it loads. Hadn,t done anything new, just after 2 days it loads. Don't know if they did something from bb, next time i keep in mind your suggestion though. THX

4 weeks for me now still can't get fixed ived been through 3 maintenances still not working

I have similiar issue on my laptop - I can play here, but not on testserver (when it was up).
