This game is designed to encourage players to log in and do actions on regular daily basis.
That's except the Bookbinder production system - that force players to not only try to time it, but better plan it well to make it possible to keep it running without heavily disturb real life matters.
I think I can see why you've given the Bookbinder a "pick-up production system", but as it is now it's rather counterproductive than really working.
Here's some fair requests..
1. Short-time Glue Buffs ( - Kind of sorted now as we got the RPH made Small Glue - )
The lack of Short-time Glue Buffs are making it almost impossible for most of players to really make use of a Long-time Glue Buff - a well-timed use of short-time glue buffs makes it possible to end a production when it better suit the player.
Especially a 4h buff would be handy.
2. A One-slot Queue
Ok, there's a "pick-up production system" for some reasons, thou there should atleast be possible to add a One-slot Queue. At the moment the info in "Production Details" and "Next Book" seems to be the same.
I think you'd better change the "Next Book" info to reckon the state AFTER current production. Then you could add a One-slot Queue and allow a pending status to it (if the production in it gets finished before the previous are picked up).
Such changes should be possible to apply on the Collections buff production too.
3. Batch production
When a cost has reached it's limit, there should be a way to produce a full batch of required book resource.
Why not a simple checkbox to click and start chain-producing 5 Manuscripts when you have a Tome cost that high?
4. Some kind of notify when production is finished
There's both a sound and system (popup) message when a Collection buff production is finished in Mayor's house, but none of that for the Bookbinder production..
