The extra buffs in premium loot has already been fixed once before. The rules of math on this are quite clear: 0.50 is rounded up to 1. Since the 50% premium bonus is applied on each slot seperately, I see nothing wrong with the current workings.
If I remember correctly, originally you didn't get an extra buff in adventure loot when on premium. I assumed when this changed so that you DID get an extra buff that that was a bugfix. Is this implying that that was actually a bug and now it's going back to the way it was before?
There are so many bugs to be fixed that the bugfixes section needs a bit more explanation in general so that we know which bug is being referred to and what's being done about it. This has been the case for many of the changelogs of past months...
Are you a casual or part-time player? Don't want a chatty guild or expect lots of support?
And do you want the chance to earn a few guild coins but don't want to be forced to do guild quests on a daily basis?

If the removal of buffs from premium loot is planned, then those adventures and premium might lose popularity. Is this the result BB wants?

While there are some nice things listed the logs do, unfortunately, have a long history of being incomplete, inaccurate and/or confusing. Even with that, and their always preliminary/subject to change nature, this one is exceptional.
Just to clarify for anyone who might be wondering, the two generals being added to the gem shop are not "new" as such, like the Glue they're just new to the in-game shop.
One is a Battle Hardened General with a different icon, and the other is a BHG able to carry 220 troops. Each originally appeared in hardcopy Retail Packs.

Premium players will now get double the amount of buffs when they are given as part of adventure loot. A 50% bonus of other loot remains the same.
• A graphical glitch was fixed for all smelting buildings
• Storehouse capacity for collectible items is now the same as total storehouse capacity
Rather than fix the unbalanced amount of Barrels in collection spawns, we are going to allow you to store many, many, so many more
• Marking a collectible for a friend next to a producing building won't stop its production anymore
• Gunpowder adventure: Bandit leader camp in the NW sector couldn't be attacked from the North
• A text mistake in the achievement text of "Anti-raid" is fixed
• Level requirement was differing in Shop and Star Menu for the adventures "Whirlwind" and "Tomb Raider"

Pretty sure you've misread this one - note the past tense of the word "received" and that it is a bugFIX.
It's suggesting that everyone CURRENTLY gets double the buffs (100% extra), but that after the maintenance everyone will get 50% extra buffs in line with the bonus for other loot.
Question is, what is 50% extra of one? Is it rounded up to one (ie, you still get 100% extra as currently) or will it be rounded down to zero (ie, you get nothing extra at all)
This is why everyone is confused.
