Rain of Arrows: No loot from adventure

Bought a Clever Little Tailor Lootspot, used Rain of Arrows, definitely made some kills.
Checked the camp I did hit, was down a fair amount of units.
Even the "News" log confirms that the kills were made.

Got no loot from the game:

    And support says?

Are you a casual or part-time player? Don't want a chatty guild or expect lots of support?
And do you want the chance to earn a few guild coins but don't want to be forced to do guild quests on a daily basis?

Then join GQS (Guild Quests (STILL!) Suck) on Northisle!
Mail Gerontius here or in game for an invite.

So far, this: "Our Support is available between the hours of 9:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. "

Without disclosing the verbatim of the communication with Support, their stand is this:

It IS a bug that usually you DO receive loot when using combat buffs

Wow, way to go. Next nail in the coffin of the game.

    @BB:
Is this really the official stand of Bluebyte on the design?

this happened to a guild mate of mine - we both thought we'd used a rain of arrows on the same camp. (a case of poor communication and not thinking clearly) Of course we couldn't both have as 2 cannot be used on the same camp. However the report from my rain of arrows showed up in his news feed leading him to think he had successfully applied his; we must have done them pretty close together. Result: I got loot (using arrow buff), he didn't. Could that be what happened here?

Sharpielein - You are right this absolutely sucks for 3 reasons.

    1) Makes the idea of fast lootspots (especially on Fairytale adventures where its a very long walk) redundant. Spoils the flow of the game.
    2) BB never advertise bugs and seeing as the functionality and behaviour of weapon buffs has already been changed the players have every right to assume the behaviour of the weapon buffs has been working correctly.
    3) BB provide a Change Log for every maintenance update and put the most trivial rubbish in the log. Why oh why do they not think its relevant to include this sort of detail?

I think point 3 of the above is what is killing this game.

BB you really do treat your customers as fools!

I don't see the big issue, don't think these were ever intended as substitutes for actually sending a gen and making a kill in adventure.

Don't see the problem myself in fixing a bug. OMG they missed it from patch notes, a disaster!

Exactly what did, now that I think of it.
The bug, in this case isn't the fact that loot wasn't assigned but that the game failed to understand that RoA was NOT applied and the player (I) was misinformed by the game itself!

But hey, call giving false information a feature but a commonly applied tactics a bug.

Been too much messing about with the adventure maps, and it's getting hard to find one that behaves as it used to. Landing Zones deleted or unavailable, towers no longer intercepting, can't believe any of this is intended so please stop messing about with the maps until you fully understand how changes affect the whole thing.
    We love our new CM.

    Newfoundland: 20th November 2011 to 25th November 2014. RIP
It was good while it lasted.
