No chat or green guild lights.

I am having problems with my game today, no chat or green guild lights, plus I can't visit anyone's island, I have refreshed, cleared cache, tried a different browser, and even restarted my computer and nothing works..... does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this ? Thank you in advance

Seems back to normal now though... pretty fast 2hrs
