Thread: Cant log in, and cant even send in a report on it

    Next task, get rid of "landing page 5".
    For a bit of fun, used the old comp with the 'quick link' game launcher from the original starter pack, to see if maybe that bypassed this madness.
    Nope, it's now a broken link. Takes you nowhere.
    Going to dig out my old list of IP addresses, see if that does anything different.

    can't log in to game and can't send in support ticket

    No idea what to do, even left a message on fb but no one getting back to me. It keeps saying I need to use my uplay account details, which I am using. Tried a password reset but it didn't work. Anyone able to help?

    Yet again, you must be logged in to have posted this. What is now happening at the login screen? If you are now seeing the little man swinging his hammer, give it a few seconds then refresh browser.
    If there's an error message, what is it please?
    If you can't use the support link to send in a ticket, use the email address from the previous post, the account.support one.

    I have experienced just a hanging log in screen after confirming password.

    When this happens I just refresh the screen using F5 or the browsers' refesh button.

    This immediately takes me to the next stage where I can press Play Now button. Hope this helps someone.

    Queen_Seleney is now in game again.

    Apparently it was the homepage that was in a corrupted state.
    Opening the forum after trying to log in allowed them to post using their account, thus proving that they are indeed logged in.

    Clearing cookies fixed the homepage, allowing them to log in normally and hit "Play now".


    PS. I'm afraid I only heard about this 3rd hand, but it is something to try and if it works...

    It seems to be linked to the UPlay popup about changing passwords. It is no longer coming up on these 3 servers, but is on other versions. Also, the redirection to "Landing Page 5" every time you navigate to TSO, or log out.
    There was also another oddity the other night, for a few hours, the background picture of the homepage, the words "LOG IN" were written in clouds.
    We love our new CM.
