Fairy Tale Castle - make it useful

In the absence of anything new I can purchase with beanstalks, my fairy tale castle has stood idle for months.

It takes up space that I would rather have available for other more useful work yards, but if I delete it and new content finally does come in, then I'll have to rebuild and upgrade it again - an extremely costly and time consuming matter.

It's a pretty building, but pretty isn't enough, especially when there's a big ugly Zzz over top.

    so…

How about level 6? an upgrade that doesn't add any bean processing capability, but adds new population capacity. Perhaps 100 - 150 to make it worth the space it takes up.

Great idea! If only the devs could come up with ideas like that.

quite a good idea might be once you have upgraded a castle to 5 you can then demolish it back to star, the next time you build it hey presto its already level 5.

I'd still prefer it if beanstalks were useful as a currency though or if the castle could be used more like a workyard to produce weapons maybe.

I agree the ftc is useless, a real shame really. Would be nice if BB could do a little something with it, you know for the long term. I never built one, doubt I ever will unless they act. Shame they didn't make the new level 6 upgrades require beanstalks/grout... that would have at least given in a long term purpose in the game.

What ever the solution is, I agree 100% its wasted as is.

Really expensive building, and it has been sitting on pause for 95% time.

Give me something I can do with it.

I had a suggestion once in the direction of using Beanstalks to upgrade Magnificient Residences - which would serve a double purpose:
    a) FT becomes useful after you have Major
    b) Mag Residences become useful
