Just to make sure the info is here for all to see in a pretty colour:
Blocking the player from your mailing list should prevent him from sending you any mails.
In order to do this, please open a mail received from the player, then click on the Context Menu (the second icon on the middle row) and choose "Block sender".
This should prevent any unwanted mails from players.

However, if you are being spammed by the same person, that can be reported to Support and I assure you it will be investigated.

or you could enable the block sender its us who are playing not support
All I can do is report this (already done) and make sure a workaround (contacting Support) is available meanwhile.
I hereby suggest that BB implement an option to block senders in the in game mail system by typing their name without having a mail from them in 'inbox'
- similar to the option we have in chat
