No they are not, if servers are up why can't we still log in?

Because you're having some bigger server connection problems.

Every time I come up with a white blank page. Please do not tell me empty the cache, tried it thousand of times. + even the pictures at the home page do not load properly. (note: do not have any connection problems, this is specific to this site)

Have you tried simple page refreshes and/or ctrl+F5?
Have you killed all other unnecessary network processes and tried to access your island?

It's obvious TSO servers atm are not working that well, as they should, and it seems like BB has decided it's better to let people get stucked in loading screens than actually fix the problem.

I do very seldom has any bigger server connection problems here on liveserver, but do have from time to time when trying to play on testserver, using my laptop and wifi.

I tried anything and once again the same problem today. I guess it does not worth spending money and time for this game anymore as I can show no progress due to connection problems!
