Adventure not showing up on screen

I was invited to an adventure RB, the email came through, and i clicked accept on the adventure
but it didnt show up on my screen, i got the boxes come up saying the invitations were sent/accepted

the person who sent the adventure said i was in colour on the adventure invite screen so it did show i accepted

i tried logging in and out several times, and even tried it using IE and Chrome with no difference

in the end the person completed the adventure and i didnt get any loot

I have this happen to me sometimes as well.

You need to go into your quest book and re-tick the adventure.
