    Payment wont get through

    Hi,

    happy hour is here and I thought I might purchase some gems, but the UltimatePay gateway is not working. I have tried both my credit cards several times and always get back this - "We're sorry but your credit card was declined. If you feel this is in error, please contact us." which is nonsense since I used one of them the same day. I have also tried my PayPal but I get the same result - UltimatePay is telling me my PayPal has refused to pay and my PayPal is telling me that money has been refused and returned !!?!??!
    All I want is to give you real money in exchange for dreams, its annoying when you are not let to.
    Any suggestions?

    Please contact support for this as they are the only ones handling payment related issues (for security reasons).
