Hi I did not get my login bonuses for a week now, can't find support page.

I also tried to make a support mail without luck now, I found out my loot from my explorer have been lost for a week now not in star menu, please fix bug tyvm .

Have you pushed the button with house instead of star when you've accepted the explorer mails. The button with the house puts the items directly to your storage.
